American Heart Association® Classes

American Heart Association’s equipment decontamination guidelines for CPR training are followed. Manikins are decontaminated after each student practices or tests on the manikin using an alcohol-based solution per CDC recommendations. All contact surfaces are decontaminated with alcohol-based germicidal solution. Each student enrolled will be provided with a individual pocket mask/one-way valve kit(includes gloves) to use when practicing one-rescuer skills.

BLS For Health Care Providers

Basic Life Support training reinforces healthcare professionals’ understanding of the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, basic steps of performing CPR, relieving choking, and using an AED; and the role of each link in the Chain of Survival.

The BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both pre-hospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics.

 

Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED Certification 

This course is designed to meet OSHA requirements and covers first aid basics and CPR and AED skills for adults, children, and infants.

Heartsaver® First Aid Certification

Designed to meet OSHA regulations, this course covers first aid basics, consisting of the most common life-threatening emergencies, how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.             

Heartsaver® CPR AED

This course will teach you to recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on the way quickly, and help a person until more advanced care arrives to take over. The course also covers adult choking and naloxone.

 

Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Certification

This course teaches basic first aid, CPR, and AED skills for children, and is ideal for childcare workers who need to meet regulatory training requirements.

Heartsaver® Bloodborne Pathogens

This is a classroom course that teaches employees how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials.

AHA Family & Friends® CPR

Friends & Family CPR Courses are for anyone who wants to learn CPR in a group environment and does not need a course completion card for a job or other requirements. This course is ideal for community groups, parents, grandparents, caregivers, schools and students, and others interested in learning how to save a life. Available in adult, child and infant modules.

 

E-Card Certifications are issued immediately after the class!

Classes are taught in a stress free, friendly and safe environment.
