Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy
SAFE AND HEALTHY EDUCATION EDU, INC. Reserves the right to cancel a course 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the course, or reschedule any classes due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control.
We at SAFE AND HEALTHY EDUCATION EDU, INC. understand that situations arise and will sometimes put you in the position to cancel your enrollment or reschedule your class.
By authorizing your payment to SAFE AND HEALTHY EDUCATION EDU, INC. you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the following cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy:
SAFE AND HEALTHY EDUCATION EDU, INC. will not issue any refunds for ServSafe®, Choke Safety, Allergen, BLS, CPR and any other classes paid prior to the class and required for enrollment.
When contacting SAFE AND HEALTHY EDUCATION, EDU, INC to reschedule a paid enrollment, you will receive a course credit and be given the opportunity to enroll in another class within a 30 day period. If your rescheduled date exceeds the 30 day period, additional course enrollment fees will apply. Individuals enrolled in a scheduled class, course, workshop, or exam and do not contact us to cancel within 48 hours prior to the class, or fail to appear for a scheduled class will not be allowed the opportunity to reschedule.
Receipt of your payment confirmation validates your acceptance of our refund policy.
No refunds will be given for textbooks or answer sheets. Participants that are unsuccessful passing a course will not receive a refund or credit.
*Important note: SAFE AND HEALTHY EDUCATION EDU, INC. shall not be held responsible for any costs or damages in which the client may suffer as a result of cancelling or rescheduling a class.
Pre-paid class enrollment with or without a textbook, and no scheduled class date, will be valid for 60 days from the date the payment is received. No credit or refunds will be issued and no re-scheduling will be allowed after the 60 day period expires.
Enrolling in the wrong class: If you register for a course and it ends up being the wrong course for which you need, SAFE AND HEALTHY EDUCATION EDU, INC. is not responsible for the error. No refund, reschedule or credit will be given to the student if they show up to a course and find out they registered for the wrong course. If the student attends any portion of a course there will be no refund, reschedule, credit or partial refund allowed.
Tardiness Policy: Individuals who arrive more than 15 minutes late for a standard course will not be allowed to enter the class, this is very disruptive to the class. You may reschedule to attend a class within a 30 day period from the date of the original enrollment.
Certificate Replacement: If you need a replacement certificate for any reason a fee of $25 will be charged.
Return Check Fee: $100

SAFE AND HEALTHY EDUCATION EDU, INC. reserves your seat in our class when payment is made in full, and has fulfilled our obligation by being prepared to conduct the course.
